Our Management Team 

Singing Hills was incorporated in 1995 by Mike and Deb Leman with Mike as the sole employee. The goal was to be a one-man craftsman business, designing and installing exceptional landscapes. The following year, the opportunity to take on a large job presented itself and we added our first seasonal employee. A high level of mutual respect and a family atmosphere has been the heart and soul of the Singing Hills team ever since. Involving employees in decisions and sharing information through an open-book management style fosters a cohesive team approach. Today, many of our employees are also shareholders in the company.
